AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
The housing units will have an independent heating and cooling system. The same will be of the air/air type and will be installed in each room, with external chiller capable of supporting at least three indoor machines. The units will be ducted internally and recessed in the ceiling with designer supply and return vents. We use ventilation and air conditioning systems from Daikin, an industry leader, for our homes.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AND ALARM SYSTEM
Upon customer request, Arras Group realizes video surveillance systems. For this type of systems are used smart cameras that connect to smartphones or tablets in order to control your home at any time and in any place. If the sensors connected to the camera detect any anomalies, the app notifies the user immediately.
