Before making an important decision, an independent second opinion can provide clarity. I review the opportunity from the client’s perspective - looking beyond the presentation and considering the property, location, structure, available information, individual circumstances and the questions that may still need to be answered.
Where specialist legal, financial or technical expertise is required, trusted professionals can be involved separately.
A Second Opinion is a professional advisory assignment and is therefore provided on a fee basis.
