That is why we are developing our new project Strand Sellingen on the Beetser Koele peninsula, 71 sustainable and luxurious nature lodges on spacious plots of private land surrounded by clear blue water, fine sandy beaches and greenery.
A unique location
The spacious plots on this beautiful water and wooded peninsula offer space for 71 atmospheric nature lodges. The open character of the lodges creates a sense of unity with the surrounding nature. Inside and outside merge seamlessly thanks to the large windows and patio doors. The gardens are open and not enclosed, preserving the natural layout of the site.
At the entrance there are forty parking spaces for visitors, ten of which are equipped with a charging station. There is also storage space and a shed for (rental) bicycles and the environmental street. The reception with lobby, lounge and terrace is centrally located in the middle of the island.

The design
The lodges come in two types: the Water lodges are located on the two fens on the island and the Loof lodges in the more wooded area. Each lodge has a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, a luxurious open kitchen, two bedrooms and one or two bathrooms.
